Overview

MSc research platform using gravity models in Python and R to predict malaria transmission dynamics and support epidemiological decision-making.

Problem

Migration-driven malaria risk is hard to communicate without interactive, model-backed dashboards.

Architected a forecasting dashboard grounded in gravity models with transparent analytical pipelines.
